    This is common in cooler temperatures. For faster rebound, please place the foam in a warm, ventilated area to fully expand before inserting it into the cover. This allows the foam to expand fully, ensuring a proper fit with the cover.

  • The foam is uneven or arched. What should I do?

    Gently fold the foam in the opposite direction of the arch and press firmly several times. This helps release internal stress and allows the foam to reshape naturally. For best results, allow it to fully expand in a warm, ventilated space before use.

  • The cover tends to collect pet hair and is difficult to clean due to static. Any suggestions?

    To maintain the cover, we recommend using a lint roller or pet hair remover to remove hair and debris before washing. This reduces static buildup and keeps the cover fresh. For washing, please avoid high heat to preserve fabric quality.

  • Is this dog bed chew-resistant?
